Along with the diverse California community college base we will be working with to collect data, project implementation will be supported by CCC SOAR Project national partners: American Association of Community Colleges, the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU), the National Association for Equal Opportunity in Higher Education, and the Council for Opportunity in Education (TRIO Programs); and California partners: the system-wide offices of the University of California Education Abroad Program and California State University International Programs, the Southern California Consortium for International Studies, and California Community Colleges, including some of the 84 CCIE members.
